Baht'at Bardic 2024 Feast Menu A few general comments first: As I write, The date is 19 Jan 2024. This menu is not set in stone at this point, but is unlikely to change much. As recipes are finalised the dietary notes may alter slightly. (EG I may adjust something to make it vegetarian, etc.) (Also, I'm writing this without the cookbooks in front me me.) I intend to provide enough variety in each course to accomodate some common dietary restrictions (eg vegetarian, gluten-free). and sauces separately in many cases.
